Failing after Mitigation

I was sick for the duration of the summer exams and didn't sit any of them. So I've been allowed to sit the repeats with the chance to get full marks (mitigation). But what happens if I fail, do I get one more chance (surely I should as this would really only be my first time sitting the exams). Or would I have to repeat…
