Does this mean that I don't get the OS disk and drivers disk with the laptop?

Has anyone bought from these guys before. Were the disks included.

I haven't seen any consumer laptops with OS reinstall disks included in the last 4/5 years. It is the norm for laptops to come without OS reinstall disks. I certainly wouldn't go paying 20 quid for them anyway!

And as for laptopsdirect, do a search on the forum. Plenty of info here.
