Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    you dont need live but you do need your xbox connected for the net so guitarhero.com can pick up the stats

    just accepted all the applications to join the tour group there (i didnt realise you had to do that :) )

    so far dhanbala is the current groupie leader with me trailing him. will be interesting to see how high boards.ie tour group can get in the rankings has it grows

    I had problems linking the account as well, it took me about 6 goes over 2 different days for it to finally work.

    good few others have had the same complaint also

    PS - if i link it now, will it only archive and track scores i've achieved from then on? Or will it download my existing scores etc?

    It does copy some old data but i'm not sure how much because I linked my account pretty much straight away

    I'd assume it copies everything as it's linked to your Gamertag, no?

    I don't understand how the scores, groupies or rank work on the site. Anybody able to explain them?

    matches = xbox live games
    performances = career single player games
    groupies = given a few each time you win an online match / finish a song in career (the number of which depends on the difficulty level and so on)

    you have to link your xbox360 gamertag, Wii friend code or PS3 gamertag in the user menu on the guitar hero website so that it can record all that info

    I've done that, but how can someone like Burning Eclipse who has 100% in Expert be ranked lower than me?

    And is your score just some arbitrary figure?

    hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....we're the highest ranked irish tour group, and im the highest ranked in the group, so technically, you could say im the GREATEST IRISH GH PLAYER EVER!!!!!!!!!! lol :D:D:D

    the actual highest ranked Irish player is about 40th place on guitarhero.com , he wouldnt accept the invitation to join the group though :(
