Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ummm maybe you should think about it....

Say it in a Northern accent and you will find it is spelt correctly.

They were obviously making the valid point that if education cuts (which are stupid and wrong as the poster points out) continue then soon people will no longer be able to even spell the word education correctly.

Indeed this terror is amongst us today as illustrated by the poster itself.

Yes, very effective indeed. A good point, confusingly made.

Would that not be edgy key shin though?

You can't spell education without cut. Unless you spell it wrong. Well played Sinn Féin, well played.

    "Edcation cuts stupid and wrong"

...as their own government in NI cuts £4 billion in public spending.

What planet are these apes on??

I'd like to think that it's a clever commentary on what would happen if education cuts are continued.

I should get a job as a Alistair Campbell-esque Spin Doctor.

Fine Geal. Putting the 'n' in cuts.

    That was a good one.

I'm sure if I started the trend saying how they misspelt education on purpose, everyone would tell me no they're just a bit thick Sein Fein.

Yes, it should have been edumacation, the thick feckers.

It's funny how the "only all Ireland party" is completely oblivious to what they do in Northern ireland when they protest stuff in the Republic.

Seriously though, the hyprocrisy is head spinning.

    The sheer neck of them.

Did they think that this would be a "kicking bishop Brennan up the arse" thing?

Doublespeak so extreme that nobody would notice??

If I was a member of FF/FG/Labour, I'd get myself some SF posters and do a bad job on spelling and watch as the bad press flies.

The independent newspaper group must be holding all their front pages after this. Seriously what a slow news day. Apart from the anti-SF crowd this is such a non-story. Either - a) human error, b) setup to try to make them look bad, c) them being ironical. Neither a,b, or c are that interesting.

Methinks that it was far too subtle.

For who ? Too subtle for the audience to get ? For a SF member to have thought of, or too subtle for a rival to have done ?

Wouldn't be the first digit they've intentionally removed although the digits are generally attached to car-robbing humans.

Sinn Fein need to consider the rarely asked question: Is our children learning?

Perhaps they should pose the question to the public on their next poster.

I believe that was directed at FF originally when they were still in power.
