Help on building/buying online database package with forms

    Hi, I work for a company which badly needs a system in place to use on android and windows 7, with online forms feeding back to a cloud database which can collect data from the forms for reporting, attach pictures, files, etc as well as have a search function and options to setup specific reporting..as you can tell, it's a bit complicated :eek: and am not sure an out-of-the-box product will cover it. Is anyone out there able to design something like this or have any advice on it like coming across similiar products?? :confused:

    is this to communicate with customers (a CRM SugarCRM.com is meant to be good) or within the organisation basecamp is still a major player and used to be very good.

    if either of those there are plenty of solutions out there

    Does this database already exist?

    Thanks for replying, nothing in place right now and is for internal use with a lot of forms to be designed, filled in online and feed back to a database that can customise reports on from data gathered. There are so many only online, it takes an incredible amount of time to try and test each one and it needs to be low in price :O Dont think basecamp suits, tearing hair out here!!

    you know that the forms will eventually have to be made by someone.

    you probably need to do some sort of analysis on exactly what needs to be recorded. and get a list of forms required,

    Forms then need to be prioritised to see which ones get done first.

    unfortunately there is no fast way of doing this. So delegate!

    send an email to the Manager telling him that you need info on what people are recording and get him to sen out the email so that this info is sent to you.
