What's your favourite ecommerce solution/shopping cart (2013)?

28-05-2013 2:34pm#1I've been working a lot on ecommerce sites lately and been dealing with every type of cart under the sun. I'm wondering what people view as their favourite ecommerce solution now in mid-2013.
I'm going to stick as many options as possible in the poll, with multi-select enabled. Post a suggestion for anything you think I should add.
