Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Found this spider last week in my bathroom in Dublin. It was still alive but very slugish, took the pic then chucked him into the garden. Didnt think much of it until a week later when I tried to identify it, anyone any ideas?

As soon as I saw that I thought it looks like a black widow spider. I had a quick look on google, it seems to be a western black widow. www.royalalbertamuseum.ca/natural/insects/bugsfaq/blackwid.htm

Thats what I thought. I never checked the underside of the abdomen because at the time I didn't think it could possibly be a widow, if it is its a long way from home here in Ireland.
