Student Contribtion/Tuition Fees confusion!!

The letters from SUSI can be very vague but a good rule of thumb is that there is no funding for repeat years - i.e. as you did a Year 1 already and received free tuition fees you would be liable for tuition fees if you are back in Year 1. SUSI would not cover tuition fees for repeat years. As long as you didnt receive a grant for the Year 1 you did already SUSI should cover the 2750.00

3000 for tuition fees alone is quite high so again I am not sure if you are PG student. Full fees for a full time hons degree are 3819.

Call into Student Services with your letter and they should help clarify it for you ....you have to give the letter to them anyway.

If you are on btea you can usually get a SUSI grant to cover the student contribution fee. I see what you mean though this is a bit confusing and you are wondering if susi will pay tuition fees plus student contribution. The vest thing really is to ask susi.
