Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Manual or motorized valve not turned on? Air lock? Have you done any plumbing work recently? Have you any idea of the pipe work on your cylinder coil? Do you have separate zones for hot-water and heating? Pics would be a great help.

The valves will have a manual override lever on them. See if you can find the valve that is on the pipe feeding the cylinder coil and and use the manual lever to open that valve. If that works you have a problem with your valve or something that's controlling it.

And if the manual override does work then leave it off because if it's wired correctly then sliding it to manual should activate the boiler

Thanks tried manual override on the valve...that's didn't work. Would appear the valve is working correctly

if your handy take off the head of the motorized valve, and open it manually from there.sometimes whe nyou manually override them on the head they go back out of position

Is there an auto air vent on the coil. It could be closed and need to be bled. A few pics will help
