Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm in the middle of making the Cooking Club's amazing looking Pulled Pork

Anyway stage 2 requires molasses, would I get it in any supermarket, or will i have to go specialist?

When I made that recipe I bought a jar of Kelkin molasses in Super Valu.

Thanks, I just wasn't sure if it was exactly the same or had any slight differences.

Molasses is richer as it is the juice directly out of sugar cane. Treacle is a blend of molasses, sugar and corn syrup.

However I used treacle in that recipie and it done the business. It's only a tablespoon so nothing can go too wrong.
