Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anybody know of a company in Ireland that will custom brew small batches of beer to order?.

    How small?

I've made some enquiries with a friend and I've been told that the amount I'm looking for would be too small and impractical for a brewer. I wanted hop free gruit beer so I'm going to just make it myself. Thanks.

I'd say you'd have been lucky to find a brewer who would risk making a gruit anyway.

I'm trying to avoid estrogenic herbs like hops and food additives from Soy etc, I think there's just too much of them in our diet now. I'll have a go at making it myself and test it on some friends, it might catch on.

Tried Sahti in Finland, I think they use juniper berries in the production of it.

Curiously it tasted of bananas
