Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes a general Admission ticket allows you to do everything except meet VIP superstars. With general admission signings the ques are very long and you are not guaranteed to meet who you want.

VIP guarantees you get to meet the VIP superstar on your ticket. It is 1 ticket per VIP superstar.

I meant that if I don't have any ticket not even a general admission ticket can I still enter in the axxess area?

    Thank you very much
I think general admission tickets will sell out a lot slower than the vip and premium vip axxess tickets, right?

yes, if history is anything to go by, but history has also shown that Ticketmaster f up alot

Did ticketmaster work for wrestlemania 30 axxess tickets?
Cause i've heard that vip tickets sell out instantly and if ticketmaster doesn't work it will be almost impossible to get vip tickets

Cant say from experience personally as we always get the packages.
I can say however that ticketmaster messed up the VIP axxess signings, the first sale was cancelled, second sold out in millisecs

I keep saying every year will be my last. I can't rsist not going to LA along the way and I can't say no to a stay over at San Francisco. Hoping to get a VIP package again.

Know exactly what u mean. Hitting LA for few days myself before heading up to San Jose. I'll be booking seperate again this year. 30 was my first non-package Mania and things turned out pretty good so I hope the trend can continue. Already have my hotel booked in San Jose, now it's just a slow crawl til November when tix go on sale.

6th Mania here (23,26,27,28,30). Feel exactly as you guys do. As long as I'm able, I will keep this thing going. Without a doubt the best week/weekend ever.

Wrestlecon just announced they are running again this year.

Despite the numerous challenges presented by property restrictions, we wanted to let everybody know that we’re going to be back next year. Our event will take place in San Jose, CA and will be held on Friday March 27th and Saturday March 28th.

As many of your know, the WWE imposed restrictions on all buildings that are owned by the city of San Jose and Santa Clara. They also imposed non-competes with all the hotel chains that are utilized by the WWE as a corporate client (which is most of the major chains). We certainly understand WWE’s desire to eliminate all non-WWE events from the area, and justifiably don’t share our vision that Mania weekend has turned into a destination to see wrestling/meet wrestlers beyond the scope of their current WWE Universe. Therefore, we are placed in a position to either move the event outside of the “center of the action” or find a property that has no restrictions and limitations placed upon it. Since we realize that we’re nothing more than a compliment to the WWE events, we felt that location was the most important aspect to our event and have sacrificed options that are larger and more typical of our past events in favor of a smaller location that is centrally located.

In a very short time, we’ll announce the location of our event as well as two hotels that are offering special rates for Wrestlecon. These hotels were chosen because of their fantastic location and their access to the light rail system that connects all the WWE events during the weekend.

We learned several things from last year that will be corrected:

    1. There will be no registration/check-in process this year. Tickets will be either electronically issued/scanned or needed credentials will be shipped in advance.

    2. All featured guests will be in a separate area than the main space to alleviate the congestion in the main room.

    3. There will be maps distributed both online and at the event signifying the locations of all the talent/signings.

    4. RG Promotions is banned from all future WrestleCon events. Not only did they fail to live up to their obligations as a vendor at the event, they failed to properly address issues after the event.

    5. “Walk up” Admission tickets will be capped and potentially eliminated entirely. WE realize that trying to get both advance ticket holders and these walk up customers through the doors at the same time created unnecessary chaos.

What we know for sure at this point:

WE will have hotel partners that have offered a $124 rate that will be ready to book within the next few days. One of these two hotels will be the location of the WrestleCon event. There will be at least one live wrestling event (likely held on Saturday night going up against the Hall of Fame). We are still searching for a partner to hold a second, stand alone event on Friday night. We will return a WrestleCon superticket option on both Friday and Saturday that has 10+ wrestlers in a single line for photo ops/autographs during a designated time period. Entry to the superticket will be done in numerical order, so you can enter the line anytime your number is “ready”.

I'm happy wrestlecon is coming back but who can they get to headline it now???

    Warrior/Hogan last year
    Goldberg/Sting/Edge this year

    Who's next?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,143 ✭✭✭ciano316

Anybody booked a hotel yet??? Where did you book if so?

Seems loads are sold out and everything is pretty far from what's left

I think packages are gonna be announced during SummerSlam and go on sale the week after or knowing the WWE they'll go on sale the next day. They were supposed to have a presale for people in San Jose on August 16th so this leads me to believe the news is coming soon.

We had a place booked In april nearby but cancelled it and booked the above place based on reviews. The place we cancelled is now more than double the price we booked at. Shoulda held onto it for our mates.

I'll be going. Just a 3hr drive for me. I've been to SummerSlam before when it was in DC. The only 'Major' I haven't been to is the Rumble. If indeed it is in Philly next year, then I will finally cross it off my list.
