What's your idea of a fun place to work ??

I'm going on voluntary work experience for a week at the end of November and I can't decide where.

If you could go on voluntary work experience where would it be?

Personally I'd like to work in a social environment and meet lots of new people. A pub, maybe, early days for deciding yet.

Your going to do some voluntary work for experience and your chosing a pub? Why don't you just get a job in a pub? Keep giving out cvs and someone will give you a break.

I wish I could say it wasn't true but I know a number of people who have done free 'work experience' in bars, its criminal.

I work for myself and work from home and I consider that a fun place to work - not having to deal with ****, office politics or fookwit bosses on a daily basis is a blessed relief.

Or a film set. I hear they can be quite boring places, lots of hanging around and waiting, so maybe I would stick it for long, but I'd like to experience what goes on in making a film for a while.
