Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    i'm 20 years Old, i've been working for past 4 years and as i'm going into 2nd year of college after summer i probably won't be able to work, so is there any financial support i can avail off? Can i move to "back to education benefit"?

    BTEA is for people who are unemployed for at least 6 months returning to college so I don't imagine you'll be able to get it. But I'd say you can apply for a grant- does your college have a student finance officer?

    They do, but all they can do is to let me avail of tax :(

    If you working for the past four years and paying an "a" class contribution and have enough contributions you can claim jobseekers benefit until you start your 2nd year of college.
