Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recent mortgage experience

Anyone had recent experience getting a mortgage? We have been approved for a mortgage on a self build. We have fulfilled the conditions attached to the offer i.e life insurance etc. Now we are being drip fed additional requests i.e undated income certs and additional forms to be signed. It seems like a stalling technique. Has anyone else had this experience? This has been going on for months.

That's pretty standard that you keep getting asked to sign form after form. It's a rite of initiation of sorts. For us, it didn't go on for months though and we bought our house about a year ago.

JJ thanks for that - hope we are near the end then.
