Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.
Hi there,
There is an issue with role permissions that is being worked on at the moment.
If you are having trouble with access or permissions on regional forums please post here to get access: https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2058365403/you-do-not-have-permission-for-that#latest

Which of these would be the better build as a rule of thumb

To be honest they are all good brands, I'm not too fond of lenovo, I'v seen a few issues with them in work. What you have to do is compare the features you want versus the price, its the only way to get a bargain/bang for your buck.

    I'd second imitation.
My own preference, having owned most of those brands and used all of them:
    1. ASUS
    2. Toshiba

    3. Samsung

    4. Sony
    5. Lenovo

1 and 2 are hardest to seperate, next is Samsung imho. Sony is a little over rated these days, I dont find build quality as good as they used to be.

That said, it all depends on the spec for the above, but like for like, thats my preference.

For 1000 max, ASUS or Samsung would probably be your best bet.
