Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    North Korea = Extreme authoritarian communism.

    An extreme authoritarian corperate/capitalist state would resemble much of the same traits.

    Capitalism is incompatible with extreme authoritarianism, theres no profit to be made when everyone is enslaved and equally poor, such as setup would lead to market imbalances that would blow up rather quickly.

    Which would explain why so far all the nastiest authoritarian regimes have been of the leftie kind, where free market is avoided.
