Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How do you know the PCB needs replacing?

There is a 2A ceramic fuse on the board (confirmed blown) - and bad scorching on nearby components on the board (I would have thought that the circuit would have been protected with the fuse), but visible component issues, no question. Assuming that RGI will deem the board in need of replacement, was the reason for the OP.
