Excellent way to kick off the weekend is to watch the Barcelona of rugby in action. Leinster by 15.

If it's on TV can you let me know and I will update thread title

Its on TG4 as far as I know.

Strong looking team from Leinster. Good to see Ryan back but where's Fitz ? I thought he was due back this week.

As a Leinster fan I salute Scarlets bold strategy of not picking a 9.

He's on a specific conditioning programme as he's been out so long. Same with Conway. Due back against Glasgow I think.

Very strong Leinster team. Really looking forward to this one.
Good to see Ryan in the mix.

Lets hope the weather is slightly better than last weeks game against Treviso.

As I said on the Leinster thread, I'd like to see Cooney on the bench. Boss needs a rest, he'll be playing a silly amount of rugby in the next while, and I think people forget who crucial he is to the squad as he's essentially joint first choice SH.

I'd also like to see a big performance from Ruddock. He's had a couple of mares at 8 before, but this will be a good opportunity to 'right the wrongs' if you will.

Very excited to see that backline in action. Replace Carr with Fitz, Mads with Sexton, and a possibly juggle with Rob, Dave and Isa at FB and Wing, and that could be our first choice backline in the next season or two.

Hope Ferg and EOM have a good day. We've all been begging for this to be a more consistent selection, but they'll have to prove the partnership works first.

Can't wait now. I used to say the H-Cup was better than International Test rugby, but now I'm starting to think the Pro12 offers more as well after light of recent events in the 6N.. ;)

Very good team, hoping for a very strong performance.

Looking forward to seeing McGrath and Hagan in the scrum, hopefully they can not only hold their own, but do a bit of damage.

Great to see Ryan back. And Ruddock back in the team after clearing up one or two issues ;)

Deacon Manu is pretty useless at scrum time so he should get his head shoved out his backside.

Absolutely. My order of preference of teams to.watch would go:

    Leinster,
    Ulster,
    Munster,
    Connacht,
    Ireland U20s,
    All the provinces A teams,
    All the provinces U20 teams,
    Ireland Women,
    Paint drying,
    Ireland

Connacht are far more interesting to watch than Munster.... :pac:

Is Ruddock staying at Leinster? He's back to being a good player now, I suppose ;)

I predict maximum pain for the Scarlets in this one

****e, not looking like there'll be a stream of it so....or can you watch TG4 live player abroad????

Leinster could put up a big score against that Scarlets side

We beat them 15 - 10 in Lanelli at the start of the season and we've arguably a stronger team lined up for tomorrow night. The changes are:

    McFadden for Fitzgerald at 12
    Reddan for Willis
McLaughlan and Jennings for A'uva and Jordi Murphy
The only place we could be weaker is in the front row where Hagan, Cronin, and McGrath replace Van der Merwe, Struass, and White.

Was a dreadful performance though, Strauss won more penalties at the breakdown than I've ever seen and without that I reckon we'd have lost. Plus for the last two seasons Leinster have been very poor early on. I don't think there's many comparisons to be drawn tbh, I'd expect a good win tomorrow anyway.

Got to be happy with that team and bench during the 6 Nations.

Great to see Dominic Ryan back, was in very good form before the injury.

pretty straightforwards rights issues. TG4 pays pittance for some shows because of the tiny footprint of the audience. Open the audience up to an Island with 11x more people, and the worth of the show's rights rise accordingly.
