Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been working with technical support over the phone for the past 2 years, I'm currently in a second level support role.
I have no certifications at all, is there any point in getting an A+ cert or should I just go for the more relevant to what I'm interested in instead? (MCSA Windows server 2008/2012 and Cisco CSNA+CSNP)
My only goal with the certifications is to advance career wise.

You've got 2 years experience, you'd be wasting your time doing the A+, its more of entry level qualification.

If you want to progress your career you should definitely go for the MCSA & CCNA.

Hi do ye think its better to have college qualification then go for a job or if the opertunity arises where im offered a job should I take it? some class mates were offered jobs while on work experience and took the jobs. Going into my second year of computer science and thinking about doing an internship after it with vm ware or emc or should I just stick it out for another 2 years and get my degree.
