Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

40min interview (part 1 of 2) here with Ó Lionáird, who's back training hard and will be back on track racing in a few weeks' time. He talks about his recovery from achilles surgery, the influence and genius of Ger Hartmann, why he can't stand cross training, and what his plans are after he finishes athletics.
He also speaks a lot about doping in athletics, explaining his own jump in performance in 2011 and how he answers the cynics, whether or not doping has ever been suggested to him, and why Martin Fagan's excuse that he was just using EPO to get back to normal health was "bull****".
