    Sounds like Spanish:

    kepassa banito = ¿Qué pasa, bonito? = "What's happening, cutie?" (more or less)

    What was the context of the sentence?

    Either Spanish or Italian it would seem to say in either language what MM is saying "What up"

    Spanish only. It's pretty much meaningless in Italian.
