Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can I use saf instant yeast sane as in bread making for my gorse flower wine
I'm stuck with a big bag of flowers and no yeast

It will probably be next wednsday when I can get some proper white wine yeast
What shall I do keep the flowers in the fridge or ferment them with normal yeast?

Bread yeast is not that alcohol tolerant also would not lend the wine the glycerol for body.

Dry wine yeast is very cheap to buy
