Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But its not a " can they fine me if i cant get channels" one

I moved into my new place and moved my tv licence over-even though i moved it over there were letters coming to me saying "You do not have a tv licence etc and you will be fined"

The licence ran out on the 31st of march and i am picking one up on the 9th/10th of this month(sister owes me money and im paying it out of that)

The thing is in my new place the landlord wants me to move into a different house of his as he wants to gut out the whole place and do it up- I dont mind at all because the other house is gorge/cheaper and has an open fire.I told my L.L iv no prob moving over.

The problem is What do I say to my TV licence inspector if he calls here cos i dont want to get the new licence until i move- which wont be for a month.

I dont want to get a licence just to go off and change the address over a week or two later- and its not a lazy thing-The local post office said they changed my friends licence before and she was still getting letters from them two months later- and its the same when you call them to change it you STILL get letters.

At least if i get it for the new address rather than changing it over i wont be getting any mail from them-Its a pain in the hole!

But it sounds a bit odd espically to a tv licence inspector
