    Hi all,
Placed a €10 bet with PaddyPower on any own goal in the match between Liverpool and Swansea only to be told that the bet don't stand and never given a refund, the reason Paddypower said was the own goal was declared over 24 hour later....... what a scam. I wonder did they pay out on Bony scoring that goal or are they refusing to pay out saying it was an own goal.

I'd say they paid out on all bets on Bony scoring:

"– subsequent decisions by the dubious goals panels do not affect settlement. - See more at: http://www.paddypower.com/betting/betting-guides/football-betting-guide-goalscorer-markets-explained.html#sthash.nrpLxqEr.dpuf"

    tough luck.

Surely they should have at least void my bet as a loyal online customer for over 10 years, but they seem to not care too much about loyal custom so account going to close and move to bet 365.

always read the rules before signing up to the sites, you lost, fair and square, why should they void it?

actually had an issue the weekend with Boyles

I picked a double win and BTTS
for both Leyton Orient (5/2) and Bristol city (11/4)
both won 2--1 , yet my online receipt showed bet lost , after a 2 hour conversation they finally got the traders to fix the problem , and eventually paid out ,
wasn't a lot of money €39 , but it was the principle
I simply got the impression that they where trying it on ,

you couldn't be up to them

Betfair Sportsbook paid my mate out on own goal for that Swansea game. A couple of other firms did also afaik.

Same happened me with Ladbrokes with the Charlie Adam goal that was given as an OG against United a while back.

Had RVP 1st scorer (he scored second) but they refused to payout on it as they said that the immediate decision after the game is final. Poor form but you might as well be talking to the wall as arguing with them.

But he didn't lose. He backed an own goal and there was an own goal. Entitled to feel aggrieved in this instance. Change bookmaker loads of options out there and Powers are one of the worst. If you start winning they wont want you anyway.
