Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The float valve on the cold water coffin tank in the attic has started to stick, resulting in water flowing out of the overflow pipe. Its not "floating" to the very top and and sealing the valve, a bit of a wiggle seems to fix it but I'd rather replace it. I presume I need the following:

BUT, do i need anything else? :o

That's all you need call into your local plumbing or builders merchant and ask for a high pressure ball valve and float.
Other than that all you need is tools to change it over and common sense
