    Sorry if there,s a thread about this already, but I,m just wondering whats max size of extension you can put in without needing planning. thanks

    Some questions your designer will be asking:
    Is there any other existing extensions built post construction of the main building?
    Will this extension be completely to the rear of the house?
    Is extending to the rear of the house the best location/layout, and is avoiding planning the best way to go?
