Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Name that Leaving Cert History Book

I really enjoyed studying history in school and I'd love to pick up my old European history book.

I sat the LC in 2004. I'm not sure if all Irish students use the same book, or if different schools used different books.
I think mine had a white or grey cover.

A long shot... does anybody know the name of the book?

Not sure if this belongs here, or an education thread. Mods, feel free to move.

    Thanks.

Not sure Mr Gas. I did mine a good few years before you and the book was "Europe since 1870".

Probably not the same one though

I quickly googled "Europe since 1870". I recognise the cover alright, although I think maybe an older brother may have had it at home when he was doing the leaving.

    Thanks for the suggestion :)
