Hairstyles for larger face

As above I am looking for a hairstyle for a larger faced person. I have very very thick hair, naturally kinky, most of it falls to the right side. Problem is I suffer psoriasis and the back of my head under the bazillions of hair is making it worse. Itchy and flaky and the like, so I am trying to ease the pain on it, but…
