Acer Aspire One netbook €299

Found this searching for a suitable birthday gift for the other half.
Note the larger 10.1 screen in particular and the 6 cell battery for longer life.
Better value then the d250 version which really is only abit thinner and a bit lighter.

Seems pretty much a bargain to me.

Was about to say its a rip off till I saw that its got a 10'' screen, 160gb hard drive, 6 cell battery..this is the same spec as my netbook (samsung nc10), which is an extra 60 quid on pixmania, so yeah, nice find..

No its just the two quoted companies have the worst CS reputation of all e-tailers.

the pixmania model is a 6 cell battery...significantly better run time for less then €10 more

Dont go near Pixmania... pay a few extra euro for a nc10.

i ended up going for this (altho admittedly i should have further researched pixmania and the samsung)
Came today after been shipped out yesterday, all in perfect nick...very happy with it. Little beaut of a thing...tempted not to give it to her at all!

I guess as was said when it all goes right with pixmania its all good...
