    Hi Guy's

    I'm new to this smartphone stuff, so please bear with me.

    If I receive an incoming call, I get a message on screen,

    " Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped"

    When I touch the OK button the call disconnects.

    I can make outgoing calls OK.

    The phone I got second hand ( from a family member) it was unlocked and I am on O2

    Any help appreciated

    Well I reverted to the standard, turn it off, and on again, and it cleared the issue.

    If anyone has a notion what happened would welcome any info.
