Lost Samsung

I have lost my Galaxy Ace. There was no sim in it. I have the IMEI no. What do I do now? How do I disable it? and what if it turns up later? can I get it back working? Do I contact Samsung or the shop where I bought it?

If you had it turned on, you could try this https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager?u=0

There are also "plan B" apps that allow you to find the location of your device after losing it, though this might not work. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lookout

You can contact the place you bought your phone from, or network and give them the IMEI to block the phone with.
