Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just in the process of doing up ensuite. There is a pump shower there. Heating is gas.
Overall what would people go with of you had the option?
Any reasons one way or the other?
    Any info appreciated

Pumped (power) shower takes already heated & pumps it out between 10 & 18 litres per minute. This is my favorite type of shower because of the pressure you get. The downsides would be you have to heat up the water first & the amount of water you go through. Once we pay for water through meters this will be a big factor.

An electric shower heats the water almost instantly. It uses between 3 & 6 litres per minute.

If it was my house I'd keep the power shower and install an electric shower. You will have the best of both worlds.

the main bathroom has just a mixer tap and a shower head
Considering that bathroom is tiled to ceiling
If I were to put an electric shower there, how much damage/secondary repair work would need to be done?
