Looking for advice for someone looking to change a Nissan Note for something a bit smaller in the new year. How much can she expect to get for it?.
07 Note SVE 1.4 petrol .25,000km on the clock.

If you want to sell privately, as car is coming up to 4 years old, I would estimate 7k or under. Garages will obviously be looking for more , providing finance, warranty etc.:o

That little? I was hoping closer to €8k given the mileage.

7k on CBG.ie seems to be the adverage...

however with that milage dealers are selling for more...they will give you less though.

Here is a 08 with similar mileage from a garage with a warranty asking €7900:

Ok, it's the basic spec but someone will not pay similar money for one a year older just because it has a few more toys.

The same garage also have a 07 for €6900:

Selling privately offering no sort of warranty then it should be priced cheaper to shift it.

I'd keep it myself. It's not exactly big. And if you're driving a Note, you probably don't really mind what the car looks like.

Fair point, but its annoying having to pay €330 tax on it.

ya can't really get that much lower than that. ok 200 euro or so if you buy a brand new auris or something, but why take the hit on the Note for the sake of saving 200 quid on tax every year? The Note makes far more sense to keep.
