What was the name of the adult foreign language cartoon series (I think it was Spanish) that used to be shown before the Fugitive on Wednesday nights in the mid-90s? It consisted of a series of shorts, as I can remember. Thanks in advance.

There was one from Cuba called Filminuto. They were very funny I remember. Lots of them on youtube, this one I remember well:
