Do you make eye contact with strangers?

Just curious, when youre walking down the road and you pass people by, do you look at them? Or are you completely focused on the direction youre headed? I feel i almost have to look at them!!

I cannot look someone I don't know straight in the eyes. Makes me come across as quite rude at times, It just freaks me out.

I tend to assess pretty much everyone who walks by me. I like watching people. And if it's a hot girl, I would have spotted her from several billion feet away and of course I'm going to go for the 'ol eye contact;)
