Repeat problem after phone repair. Can I send it in again?

    My ring volume stopped working a few months ago. Was returned for repair for free. No issue. The same issue again. Phone over 2 yrs old now..

    You have up to six years recourse with the company who sold it to you (not who manufactured it).

    Most likely you'll get a "warrantys expired" excuse but thats BS so push the issue and you should get a repair.

    Hi, can you reference this 6 yr thing please? O thought it was all to do with warranty.
