    Hey folks,

Probably a bit late in the campaign for this :p

But just thought it would be interesting to ask this.

If you were co-ordinating either the YES or the NO side of the campaign, and you were asked for ideas for posters to put up to get more support for your side, what would you go for?

I was thinking a good one would be something like:
What has the EU ever done for us?
    ...Besides the roads
    ...Besides the Euro
    ...Besides the grants

So any other ideas? G'wan, make Goebbels proud! :D

ps. No need to get into a debate about how true the points are. You're trying to sway voters in your direction, since when has the truth ever mattered when it comes to propagandising?!

Hmm... Probably a sign with a text number telling people where to get the full facts.
Something a bit more tasteful than the we love europe let's agree to anything sort of posters.

Short of that... more monkey posters ftw.

    Lol! no.....

A neutral source, to help people make informed decisions and making sure they don't get heckled with chain texts about FF propaganda.

Continuing in that theme, the no side:
    ROMANO ITE DOMUM

    ;)

Pity it's a few years too late.

    Damn Labour posters.
    It's quite funny really.

    I'd go for

do-not-want-dog.jpg with a "vote no" at the bottom. Attention grabbing and straight to the point.

    And continuing Daves theme
...besides giving us less than half the money the other countries have earned from fishing our waters

The lovely YES side one -

"Vote Yes or else Ireland will lose all political favour, and go back to the dark ages of economic ruin, and be virtually kicked out of the EU!

P.s. - don't listen to the scaremongering of the No side, its a pity some have to resort to scaremongering. Which we we clearly dont."
