MBNA credit card interest mistake?

    Have MBNA gotten into contact with anyone about an apparent mistake in their credit card interest that they have been charged since 1999? Has anybody got any information on it?

    Got a refund a few months ago

    Got a refund at the start of April. They had previously sent a letter saying sorry about the boo boo we will refund you by the end of March.

    How much was the refund for? Like how much were they overcharging? In shock my mother never noticed this!

    You wouldn't notice it unless you were really into banking. It's all about dates, rates and amounts of interest etc.

    Amount could vary. I know some who got 50 to 80 euro back.
