Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

injector pump not working

    injector pump on my ford 4000 is not pumping diesel, was working fine before but laying up over a year now not started,
    is this easily fixed or what would be the problem, i think there are repair kits available for them

    Are you sure it'a not just air locked?
    or blocked filter or lift pump issue.

    Assuming you have followed normal bleed procedure and are getting a good flow of diesel at injector pump bleed screw. It could be stopper has jammed. Try opening and closing it a few times while gentaly tapping the side of pump beside stopper with a spanner.

    If issue really is with injector pump a rebuild really is a specialist job not a DIY one.
