Irish Rail - Change Of Online Reservation

Hey, Hopefully someone can let me know on this, but has anybody ever made an online reservation with Irish Rail and then had to change the time of the reservation? I just see on their website that there may be a charge for this and was wondering has anybody ever heard of this or more importantly have to pay it? Ta
