Mini Lop Eared Rabbits - Need to get 2

    Any one know where I get two of the above? No rush on them

    Based on Dublin. Have called a few pet shops but not many have them

    I wouldn't go to a pet shop (unless you know a really good one) because they'll often be unsocialised and might be sick (or pregnant, or the wrong sex, or have mange, etc.) They could be aggressive or just hard to handle. I've bought a pregnant guinea pig and one with mange from pet shops so I avoid them now. :rolleyes:

    And pet shops mostly buy from bad breeders. So maybe go to a breeder so make sure they're good, otherwise the babies won't be tame and might well be sick or badly bred (and end up with problems later and lots of vet bills). Even some "good" rabbit breeders keep their rabbits in tiny cages, by pet standards. :(

    I guess you want baby ones?

    Maybe check irishrabbits.proboards.com because there are breeders on there. Or just keep checking donedeal.com. I'm sure you'll find some in the next few weeks or so. You could try contacting http://www.mekkispets.webs.com/ I think they're in tallaght and breed them, but mightn't have a litter right now.
