How to block anyone from looking at Google Chrome History without a password

    Hello. I was just wondering is there anyway to block anyone from looking at my history without first entering a password? It would be a massive help - thank you.

    Could you run the portable version of Iron from a USB stick, and remove it from the PC when you're done?

    Maybe the best option is to set it not to record history at all. I don't know if its possible with Chrome, but you have this possibility in Firefox.

    Yeah, just use incognito mode.

    Chrome also has a sign in function to sync across your devices, I'm not 100% but if you sign in as yourself on this PC running Chrome, then sign out when you're done, maybe your history won't be recorded as someone will need to log in as you to see it, you'll need to test this though.

    Easiest thing to do is use incognito mode as Knex mentioned.
