Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking for a 400-500gb hard drive for my soft-modded xbox.
Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced ones that support locking?

    Cheers.

I have never had any problems locking ANY drives for use with modded XBOX.
There is a site that has compatability list, but I reckon any ones that are mentioned as being unlockable are down to user error.

Just a word of warning with > 250GB hd; you will need to get a program called XBPartioner to format the F: drive with 32K cluster size. Failure to do this will result in data loss.

Never had any issues with Seagate or WD drives in XBOXs so far.

I went for the 2 sata drives deal, as I needed the other one for another system.
    Boy was that a mistake.
Nothing but trouble, may end up going for the one you recommend, sata to ide has been nice and dodgy.
Sorry for the delay in getting back cheers for the help.
