Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Summons to vary

I am receiving maintenance from my ex husband for our child and have received a summons to vary, which I was expecting.

My concern is that it references things that didn't happen. The original order was for child maintenance only but the summons states that it was for 'her support, his son and his mobile phone bill as provided by section 6 (1) (b) of the above act'

Just wondering if this will have any impact. I never asked for spousal maintenance and his phone bill wasn't mentioned at the original court date.

I'll be on to the legal aid board in the morning but just wondering if there'll be any impact on the day and if anyone has seen anything similar

Would be worth checking the last court order to see if those were mentioned. If not I wouldn't pay too much attention to them

No they definitely weren't mentioned. Just a little concerned that they're trying to slip in new things under the radar. I'd like to keep it as clean cut as possible and have child maintenance not being tied up with anything else
