I remember an Anglia that always broke down.
Then a mark 2 escort that that leather seats, got so hot in it one day my brothers t-shirt burned.
    Then a Ford Cortina.
    Then a Opel Rekord.
Then the best, a 505 2.5td english import, the best car we ever had.
I've left home at this stage so from memory.
A corolla that got wrote off after an accident. Got another corolla.

My Dad drove a Yugo in the 90's, I have no idea what model.

I remember a guy bringing one of these to school in the late 80's. The stereo he had in it was worth more than the car.

    We had

A Ford Escort - Died when a deer jumped a wall, and landed on the bonnet.
A red, diesel 205. The only diesel we ever owned, AFAIK.
A white Diahatsu Charade, had elephant ear wing mirrors. Brother had a red one, and drove it until it fell apart. Literally. I opened the passenger door one day, to get out to go into a shop, and it fell on the road.

Ah, happy family days - I used to stand in the back between the two seats

My brother was the same in our family -always standing up, holding on between the front seats.

We went to a disco with some cousins one night, my mother driving in fourth gear all the way.
It took some serious cramming to get 7 teenage girls with big 80s hair into the back seat of a Ford escort!
