Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i was coming down the m50 last night keeping within the legal speed, the traffic was quiet i was in the outside lane intending to slip back to the inside lane after overtaking the car in the distance when suddenly some lumphead in a big merc shot up behind me then moved into the inside lane shot on and undertook me back…

is this legal?? i thought you could not undertake

There is an offence of dangerous overtaking. But if I were to see this I would probably be leaning more towards Section 51 of the RTA. Of course it depends on the various circumstances.
