Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

using CT1 Miracle Seal for a slow drip in plumbing pipe

Does anyone know if this CT1 Miracle Seal liquid is any good at sealing up a very slow drip in plumbing pipe that is in behind a stud wall? In my friends house when he turns on his central heating,he can hear a very slow drip that seems to be comming from where to pieces of qualpex pipe are joined together with a push on…

Does anyone know if this CT1 Miracle Seal liquid is any good at sealing up a very slow drip in plumbing pipe that is in behind a stud wall?
In my friends house when he turns on his central heating,he can hear a very slow drip that seems to be comming from where to pieces of qualpex pipe are joined together with a push on fitting.When the heating is turned off the slow drip stops alltogether.
Would pouring in some of this CT1 Miracle Seal liquid seal up this slow drip.
Ive seen it on sale on Donedeal and seen youtube videos of it supposedly sealing up central heating pipe leaks.

There are central heating specific leak sealant solutions available from plumbing suppliers.
While some people will advocate their use and others wont, nothing will be better than physically repairing the leaking connection.
