Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When you are creating an Acronis "Secure Zone" does it have to be on the system drive? as in, does the storage area need to be taken from the System Partition?

I know you can create your backup to any location but does the "Secure Zone" need to created on the same partition as Windows is on?

I'm not 100% but I'd think you're better to create the secure zone on another disk if possible, but not a removable or external drive. If you have to restore, you might run into difficulties with Acronis locating the Secure Zone.

If it's on another physical disk, you're somewhat protected from an OS disk crash.

I'm not sure either but I believe the 'Secure Zone' is for systems with only ONE disk. So if you're backing up to a second disk it's not required.

I got a reply from Acronis & you can have the secure zone on any internal disk which is part of the system. (Not external drive).
