Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

01-06-2014 4:44am#11981: Muhammad Ali talked a despondent 21 year old out of committing suicide. A young man with psychiatric problems stood on a 9th floor window ledge threatening to jump. Police negotiators and psychiatrists talked to him for over two hours but had made no progress. As if it were a scene in a movie Mohammad Ali, former heavyweight champion, arrived to help. The boxing great climbed out the window next to the confused and frightened man. Ali told the man that they were “brothers” and that he was there to help. Miraculously Ali managed to convince the young man to come back inside. He was then taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Came across this earlier, such a great story, Ali is a legend.11
